Fair Usage Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. Purpose

This policy explains what reasonable use of AI PPC Manager (the “Service”) looks like. It exists so that shared AI capacity stays fast and available for everyone, and so that a small number of heavy or abusive users cannot degrade the experience for the rest.

2. Reasonable use

AI analyses and data refreshes are metered by plan tier. Allowances scale with your plan — Free, Advanced, Hero, and Master each include a larger volume of connected accounts, tracked variables, and refreshes per day than the tier below it. The published plan limits describe the intended day-to-day volume for each tier.

“Fair usage” means running analyses and refreshes at a human, account-management pace within those limits. It does not cover automated, scripted, or bulk generation of AI output beyond what your plan is designed to support.

3. Prohibited use

You may not: scrape or systematically extract data from the Service; resell, redistribute, or republish raw AI output as a competing or derivative service; share a single account to circumvent per-plan limits; probe, overload, or attempt to disrupt the infrastructure; or otherwise use the Service in a way that abuses shared capacity or violates the Terms of Service.

4. Enforcement and throttling

When usage substantially exceeds a plan’s allowances, we may throttle request rates, queue or defer non-essential jobs, or ask you to move to a plan that fits your volume. For abuse or prohibited use, we may suspend access. Where practicable we will contact you before taking action that affects your workspace.

5. Changes

We may update this policy as capacity and plans evolve; material changes will be announced before they take effect.

6. Contact

Questions about fair usage can be sent through the Support Center in the application.
