Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. What this policy covers

This policy describes what data AI PPC Manager (the “Service”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the marketing site and the application.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and workspace settings. Connected platform data: advertising performance data from accounts you explicitly connect. The Google Ads API is granted through a single scope that permits both reading and writing; we use it to read your reporting data, and to create or change campaign settings only where you explicitly ask us to (for example deploying a campaign plan you reviewed, or approving a change request). Usage data: basic logs of how the Service is used, for security and product improvement.

3. How we use data

Connected data is used to generate the analysis, recommendations, and reports you request, and for nothing else. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your advertising data to benefit other customers.

4. Data retention

Analysis run history and task records are kept for as long as your workspace is active, so the AI can refer back to recent runs and outcomes. Account data is kept while your workspace is active and deleted on verified request or after account closure, subject to legal retention requirements.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on infrastructure and API providers (for example, hosting, authentication, and AI model providers) that process data under their own agreements with us. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, stored OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, and access is scoped per workspace. Analysis tools only read your advertising data. Where the Service can write to a connected account — deploying a reviewed campaign plan, or applying a change request you approved — it is limited to the action you authorised, recorded in your activity log, and campaigns are always created paused.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and disconnect linked accounts at any time from within the application. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection law.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced before they take effect.

9. Contact

Privacy questions can be sent through the Support Center in the application.
